I hear you Leo. At the same time, I think this is a nice effort to try to get an often passive demographic to step up and engage with the democratic electoral process and vote ; reminding them they can, and that they are adults now and should get involved, rather than simply conceding leadership of their country to giant space reptiles.

After living in London, I've seen that there is a also a very big group called generation ME! The same age group you are talking about. So the tide could yet swing either way. There is a generation that is so disconnected from the earthy realities. They are an industrialized generation that view the world through their latest gadgets.

Who will have more sway?

Those fashion victims that must have the latest accessories, to be part of the group? Is this the We?

Or those who understand that in the end, what matters are the people (community) around you and the living earth you stand on.

Only time can say.

I see
what the granma
was trying to tell me,
(just this magnetism, the love we need)

Our skin
suit us now,
a dance of harmony begins,
I lick her vegetal soul, she bites my spirit...

Feeling of jaguars moving in every stage of life,
I see the serpent deep inside my veins...
(just this sense of eternity, communion of reigns)

Mistery and tears,
transforming us,
rebuiding us,
(extasis of existence)

I love you all
and I could remain
like this forever...

I hope you don't mind, I have used the Eve-Sophia image as an illustration for a poem about Eve-Sophia on my poetry blog (I have credited you and linked back to this page).
