… The Guild is a temple in which to place our highest and most tender sentiments a place in the realm of Ideals to touch base, a space to offer our most beautiful roses
The Guild represents a world that has been forgotten, a world of soul-making, of curing, of caring for the soul in its passages, in its dance beyond our dualistic mind-fragments…
Represented in Lewes (near Brighton, UK) the Guild works on a medicine culture of deep ecological and visionary spirit, serving as a developmental crib and skillshare as well as a fertile matrix of inspiration and manifestation.
Current projects include:
* Visionscripture - visionary art catalog expose
* ‘Zu’ - the evolution of our collaborative studio space
* Nectarian.org - our online representation
* Local exhibitons
*Production of giclee prints
Communication from Judith Way
The guild of Iluvatar meetings to date have seeded an enthusiasm for collaboration and connection of art from coast to coast mapping new found shorelines of an emerging consciousness of joyous revelation.
In these meetings we have merged inputs and experienced the expansive posiibilities of collaboration and documentation of our individual mythoperceptive expressions of art. Through doing this we have felt the ripeness in the air for this fire of enthusiasm to be lit on the beacons of different lands and in places of apparent prestige as well as the sympathetic elven strongholds.
The Guild of Iluvatar as it has been invoked and set in motion is about more than just participation in an already burgeoning wave of creativity. The Guild is a realm of sovereignty of ancient grace , it is a pool of liquid in which Gods face is glimpsed , and by the shores of this precious liquid craftspeople gather to learn from this grace so that the resonances of this source may be in their hands while they work, that their song sung while they work be in tone with the key notes of the Ainulindale , and that their desire be to deepen into the ancient Elven store of serenity.
As members of the Guild of Iluvatar, we cannot take lighty the possibility of striking these notes true, and taking the time and practice , study and attentiveness which this requires.
In a sense we work together, and study together the delicate impulses of this ancient Lore, and receive our guidance together. It also seems appropriate that we craft our counsel- the system by which we come to make decisions, that we come to craft our framework as gatekeepers for this legend of love.
With much Love and Gratitude
To you all

What is the Guild?
In the Elvish mythos, the Illuvatar are the protectors and protectresses of the Garden of Eden and the Tree of Life and Tree of Knowledge.
In 2006, four beings, Daniel Mirante, Aine Faylore, Judith Way and Carl Sullivan, decided it was time to formalize a movement on this land because it seems many of us are working with a similar aesthetic or current - as if a ‘new covenant’ is coming through, which is very particular in its energy and intentions.
At the same time Daniel Mirante was contacted by artists working on the West Coast, who have been working with a similar current and initiating a similar project - Elfintome. Daniel found a spiritual ally and encouragement in Delvin, and was invited to join Elfintome and also discussed with Delvin the specifics of creating a parallel node here to nurture the Avalonian current.
Our current priorities follow this kind of intention
* open to The Divine, the Tremendous Mystery
* create, channel & be art/prose/medicine culture
* meet, co-inspire, cooperate, encourage, synergise, teach
* disseminate, ground in media, in exhibitions, in books, in print
* build temple, collate, curate visionary treasuries
www.lila.info is just one fruit on this abundant tree of manifestation, serving the development of the visionary and deep ecological arts in the early 21st century.
